Finally it’s here, the video a lot of people have been waiting for, that is, if you are a Drakedog Fan (He is our Dark Lord after all…). This one is video number nine, of what I hope is many more to come. It’s supposed to be completely comprised of World PvP which is always a good thing in my book for PvP videos. I’m not sure what took so long for this video to be published, possibly the combination of how rare world PvP and the switch in editors, either way it’s here. You think it can live up to Drakedog 7 or 8? There is only one way to find out…

Addons, Media and Macros!

Happy New Year everyone! Woo! so this is my second Art Music and Macros post, which I now changed to Addons, Media and Macros, because I wanted to feature videos and addons as well as the other stuff and this is all just in time for the new year! Anyways, since I have been pretty bored with WoW lately, mostly waiting for Cataclysm, I have had ample time to peruse around looking for cool warlock media for this post and I found some good shtuff. I even went through all the blizzard fan art AND snatched just about every warlock related piece of work, There are some beautiful peices there. I have also been watching a few videos on Youtube / Warcraftmovies.com in my spare time, and there is some interesting stuff there as well, I can always sit down and enjoy a good Lock PvP video. I have also been tinkering with Ui Mods which has lead me to finding out some intriguing stuff about performance. In my discoveries I have found that some addons that seem completely harmless are actually memory hogs, and you might not even know it. Anyways enough with the dilly dally shilly shally, and on with the good stuff.

Drawing Circles – A Warlock’s Guide

Hey guys! hope everyone enjoyed their pilgrim’s bounty, I’m pretty sure I gained a few pounds . Anyway, I have read a lot from other Warlocks across the forum and in game, and I’ve realized that a lot of locks (not all) have a hard time making use of demonic circle. I personally love the spell, and was exited about it since the announcement that we would possibly have a spell like this. I have since then found tons of fun way to use it, some tactically, others… for shits and giggles. I have seen other warlocks as well, come up with some exiting new ways to use it, and I encourage you to be creative! Here’s a little Tips and Tricks I put together to get the most out of Demonic Circle.

The Demonology Conundrum

So you wanna look like Illidan.. have a cool pet, but still be good in pvp/pve? This is where a lot of locks have a problems with Demonology, because the spec just doesn’t seem viable in either situations. Which is a shame because it is arguably one of the funnest specs to play. According to Elitist Jerks, Demonology’s only VIABLE place is to raid, and at this point, I partially agree, but I want to focus on its balance in PvP.

One of the major downsides in pvp is, many of the warlocks spells don’t work in synergy with this spec, for instance;

Haste, Spell Penetration, Spirit!? Back in my day all a Warlock had to do to melt faces was stack all the stamina and shadow damage he could, we never had to worry about such horribly un-fun stats like Hit… And what are these god forsaken battlegrounds you speak, well sonny, when I was in my glory days, you’d have to run yourself down to stranglethorn to get some action! And burst? My burst was to bring out the harlot and send a giant firey Soul Fire their way! Shadowfury? Bah a pocket full of grenades was all I needed! I waited for 5 sunders before I dps’d and I had more HP than the tank! All you young whipper-snappers you never had it like I…….zZZzzzZzzz…………zZzzZZzz !
